Apr 30th – U7 Watergrashill (9) v (1) Ardmore

On a very windy evening Watergrasshill younger u7 team with a more or less full squad took on Ardmore who made the long trip up to give us a game . Ardmore had us under pressure for the early part of this game but we struck on the break, 2 more  goals were to follow from some fine darting runs by Kirean and Mike and Dean closing down the opposition Ardmore . 3 nil in the first third.

On rolled our subs and it had no effect on the team at all playing in to a very strong breeze (Hurricane), we scored 2 more goals in this section, Ardmore scored 1 we were under pressure but we held firm with some great defending by Ryan, Ciaran and Coran in Goals with some great saves.

In the final third we scored 4 goals with Sam, Conor, Ben,  Alex really upping there game and showing all that this team have quality in every part of the pitch.

Well done lads Other win under our Belt and still undefeated but winning is a Bonus.

Most of important thing of all is having  Fun and Doing our Best
