Watergrasshill United U12’s Player Sean Desmond selected for Cork Development Squad

Sean Desmond, the U12 midfielder and Captain of the team, has been selected to train and play with the Cork Development Squad. This is a great honour for both Sean and for the club and it is well deserved opportunity for him to further develop his footballing abilities. Sean is a tremendously skillful player who never fails to give his all on the pitch whenever he is involved at either U12 or U13 level. Sean is a midfield dynamo who always plays with style, energy and a strong resolve to win. He has been our man of the match on many many occasions and his passion for the game and likeable personality is a fantastic example to his team mates.

We all wish him the very best with the Cork squad and there is no doubt that with continued desire to learn and mature as a player Sean can reach the very top level in football.
