Underage Academy Ringmahon Rangers Easter Tournament – Rules & Fixtures

Our U7/U8/U9/U10 Academy Boy's teams will take part in an Easter Tournament organised by Ringmahon Rangers on Good Friday, April 18th. The tournament will take place in Ringmahon Park with the first games kicking off at 10am. All players are asked to be at Ringmahon Park for 9.30am sharp for registration.

U7 Rules & Fixtures:

• 7-a-side
• U7 teams will play at least 5 group games
• All U7 games will be played on Astro Pitch
• U7 Games, including final, will be 7 mins per half
• The top two teams from the group advance to the final
• Subs roll on/roll off

10.40am : Wilton Utd vs. WGH Utd

11.40am : Douglas Hall vs WGH Utd

12.40pm: WGH Utd vs. Springfield Ramblers

1.20pm: WGH Utd vs. Mallow

2pm - Ringmahon vs WGH Utd

The U7 final will take place at 3pm.

 

U8 Rules & Fixtures:

• U8 Games will be played on Grass
• U8's will play at least 2 group games with the top two teams from each group progressing to a semi final
• Subs roll on/roll off

Group 1 - Ringmahon 1, WGH, Springfield, Carrigaline

Group 2 - Ringmahon 2, Mallow, Wilton, Douglas Hall

10am: Ringmahon 1 vs. WGH Utd

11.20am: Carrigaline vs WGH Utd

12.40pm: Springfield vs. WGH Utd

1.45pm: Winner of Group 1 vs Runner Up Group 2

2pm: Winner Group 2 vs Runner Up Group 1

2.30pm: Final

• U10 Games will be 7 mins per half except for final which will be 10mins per half

Group 1 - Ringmahon 1, WGH, Wilton, Springfield

Group 2 - Ringmahon 2, Mallow, Carrigaline, Douglas Hall

10am: Ringmahon 1 vs WGH

11am: WGH vs Springfield

12.40pm: Wilton vs WGH

1.45pm: Winner of Group 1 vs Runner Up Group 2

2pm: Winner of Group 2 vs Runner Up Group 1

2.30pm: Final

 

All games will be contested under the CSL Small Sided  Games Rules from the 2012-2013 season. All teams will be finished for the day by 3.30pm at the latest but may finish earlier depending on results on the day.
