under 12’s v Buttevant

Home today against Buttevant, a good performance after the Christmas break saw us take a 5-1 win from a good Buttevant side who beat us in the reverse fixture. As it stands there is now 2 points between Watergrasshill, Rockmount and Midleton, all have played 11 games and 7 left to play, so we're in the home stretch with us having to face both those teams home and away, not easy but we'll be going for it and are looking forward to it. We took in €90 from the teas/coffee today and thanks to all who contributed and who helped out, thanks Gina for staying until all games were over. This money is to go towards our trip to Holland in May which as it stands has 14 committed players and it is not too late for any late bookings. We will be holding a quiz night this month and future events are a flag day and hopefully a bag pack, we also hope to hold a darts night in the next month or so. This will be a great trip for the lads and all help with fund raising is greatly appreciated, thanks again
