Watergrasshill United U12’s end on a high

A long season came to an end for our U12 Division 1 team earlier this morning. Out on a high, the team beat Greenwood 5-2 at home through an outstanding team effort. 18 League games, 13 wins, 2 draws and 3 losses made us come very close to the league title, but with three teams neck in neck throughout the season we knew it was going to be a hard battle. A runners up place is still on the cards but it is out of our hands. Next weeks games will determine our faith.

Brilliant to see all 13 lads who made this another great season at the match today. We will have an end of season get together and the annual awards night on June 21st to look forward to. More details to follow.
