Youths Reach Turners Cross!

Our U18 team reached the final of the Sean Williams Memorial Cup in Turners Cross next Thursday April 18th 7.30pm KO after a hard fought 2-1 win over Kinsale AFC in Madden Park earlier in horrible conditions! Having gone 1-0 down, the Hill battled back to level things up and after a brilliant penalty save by Hill keeper Cian Hogan, Richard Morrisson scored his second of the game in injury time to give us the 2-1 win.

This team finished runners up in the league last year and have now become the first Youths squad in the Clubs history to reach Turners Cross for a cup final. A fantastic achievement but hopefully they can do one better on Thursday! Get out and support the lads in the Cross!
