Jan 31st – Gaisce – the President’s Award – Jonathan O Connell

Gaisce - the President’s Award is Ireland’s National Challenge Award, the country’s most prestigious and respected individual award programme, and a challenge from the President of Ireland, to young people between 15 and 25 years of age.

Jonathan O Connell Watergrashill is a participant in this award and is assisting our Under 11 squad and coaches Dave Hogan / Pat Griffin & Paul Sharkey weekly. Jonathan will complete part of this project based on our under 11’s as can be seen in the below picture at a recent training session on a miserable January evening. Jonathan attends Colaiste an Chraoibhin Fermoy & we wish Jonathan every success with his studies.
