July 24th – Watergrasshill United U8 / U7 At Cork City V Watford

I would like to thank all the parents who travelled tonight for their help and support, without this, these nights would not be a success and it is really appreciated by the club.

Tonight, members of our U8 and U7 squads took to the pitch at half time during the Cork City V Watford friendly at Turners Cross. We played 4 matches, 4v4 against Riverside Athletic from West Cork at U8 age level (Although some of the opposition were maybe a bit older). It pleases me to say that the lads done us proud in their approach and attitude to the game and had a great time.

Along the way the lads meet their old friend, Corky and the 96FM Street Fleet.

The club also received a 1/2 page write up in the club programme which highlighted our Summer Camp & U15 League Champions.
