On the Way Home…..

Up at 8am this morning,breakfast at 8.30, pack the bags.. Left the Melville Hotel 9.15am earlier, heading to Hollyhead to get 2pm ferry to Dublin, then down the M8 heading for the Rebel County. ETA Watergrasshill village 9 pm tonight. A Lot of tired bodies this morning, all the lads have done themselves proud and are great ambassadors for our Club.

Not a word on the bus, all asleep, exhausted.

A fab weekend ..4 games played against teams from England (Fleetwood Blues FC) / Belgium (FC Tilleur Saint-Gilles) / Scotland (Cleleand FC) & Ireland (Kildare Town)

Game of the weekend had to be thr Under 14's v Watergrasshill United Mentors yesterday, Sunday. These games had it all..celebrations, bicycle kicks unbelievable goals, but who won..??

And yet we still found time for Preston North End v Portsmouth game..Blackpool Peasure beach (Saturday & Sunday), Karaoke Kings showing Blackpool how it should be done "singing them tunes" ..pool tournaments that lasted hours ..

Watergrasshill United has been commended for our excellent sportsmanship and behavior on and off the field over the entire weekend... These lads have done us proud ...Well done lads, it has been a pleasure . ...Derry, PIPS, Chris, John, Gavin C & Gavin D. Thanks again Derry for arranging everything........
