For the tournament: 2 Groups 4 Pitches 4 Referees

RULES (Yes Billy RULES..):

7 a side, panel of 10 (can be 11 if 2 female players on panel,females must be over 18yrs)

Subs can roll on off

10 mins a side / 2 min break at half time

No goals can be scored direct from a free kick

A female player has to be on the pitch participating in the game at all times

No offside (A real no brainer at this age group)

All game times will be started / finished together (central controller)

League format with all teams getting 3 games

If games fall behind schedule game time will be reduced so it's in everyone's interest to stick to match times etc ? Kick off times do not change

Relevant coaches will be informed of match times naturally in advance.
