U10 Watergrasshill Utd V College Corinthians

We took a squad of 16 to Corinthians today for a 9 a side friendly on their astro pitch. Due to a misunderstanding / miscommunication on my behalf, the game turned out to be one of no contest. We are currently working on preparation for both this year's SSG's and next year's U11's in which new playing rules are introduced for the lads. However, today we were playing to last year's rules and rather than take a step back / confuse the lads, we decided to play the formation / rules that we will be going forward. As I said to the players today, we all learned lessons and will be stronger for it. There will be no training this weekend. Training going forward will be on Tuesday nights from 18.45 to 20.00 from the 18th March. This is to coincide with SSG which will take place at the weekends from Late March. Relevant text messages will be sent out.
